An industry veteran of 45 years in production of the polyolefins that dominate the packaging and high-volume consumer and durable sectors of industry. Martyn has worked with the Alliance to End Plastic Waste for more than 4 years, leading development of technical and solution oriented strategy. With a broad-based career comprising manufacturing, commercial and general management in corporations such as Shell and LyondellBasell, responsible for large-scale businesses, living in 7 different countries and three different continents, and with experience in major project management, strategy, organisation change-management and M&A activities gained, Martyn is ideally placed to support organisations wishing to understand the issues and endeavour to bring about meaningful change.
